  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.
  • If professional mover is packing your goods, schedule packing day(s) 1 or 2 days before move.
  • Prepare any mowers, snow blowers, boats, snowmobiles (or other vehicles you won't be using before the move) for the move by servicing and draining gas and oil, to prevent a moving van fire.

I could not recommend a better agent! My wife and I decided to move out of the southern area of DFW. We had very limited resources to find what we needed with the budget we had. Kristi was a huge blessing. She was patient while we explored what was important to us. She helped find the best place and stay within our budget. She was always willing to answer all of our questions. I could not recommend a better agent, her patience, knowledge, and communication skills are top-notch.

~ Emmanuel Gage

All we can say is WOW! Kristi has a heart of gold and we always heard back quickly on all questions when selling our existing home and purchasing a homestead. She made us feel like we were the only client she had. Our home sold within 12 days and we found our dream home within one week. Very grateful and blessed.

Kristi Bell made our home dream a reality! She is an amazing realtor and we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us.

I've been blessed in connecting w/ Kristi Bell during my journey in finding my new home. I felt confident to reach out to  Kristi to ask for her advice. Knowing Kristi at the personal level, I was aware that she would go above & beyond in supporting her clients, as this is not a just a business transaction for her, but she genuinely desires the best for her clients. In the second day of visiting places, we saw the place that now is my new home. Kristi promptly connected with the seller agent, & during the entire process, I witnessed Kristi's professionalism and excellence in collaboration w/ all parties involved in the process of selling-buying a property. The seller accepted my offer on Feb 8th, & on March 1st I received the keys. Everything happened so fast & smoothly, also because of the strong structure that the mortgage company provided that Kristi recommended. I am grateful for being under Kristi's "wing" during the process of purchasing my first home.

Kristi Bell helped us buy our forever home in Prosper's Saddle Creek neighborhood in September 2020. Our journey began with Kristi with a random showing that quickly led to our decision for her to represent us. Kristi provided a plan of what she could do for us and how she was going to do it. She was honest, punctual, and most importantly followed through with all that she promised. We were most impressed how Kristi listened to what we wanted and was ALWAYS available, 24-7! Kristi was the one who found our forever home. Kristi was the one who went to check out the home BEFORE she shared it with us. She paid attention to detail and made our journey so much more enjoyable that we could ever explain! We highly recommend Kristi Bell and guarantee you will receive 5 star service!
